Regenerative Sugarcane Social Enterprise
Welcome to the next generation of Thai agriculture. At RS farm, we believe that farming should do more than just produce food or energy, it should restore the earth.
Located in the heart of Thailand's vibrant agricultural belt, our farm is a living laboratory for Regenerative Agriculture, a holistic approach that heals the soil, protects our water, and secures a future for our community.

Conventional farming often depletes the land. We choose to rebuild it. By moving beyond "sustainability" toward "regeneration," we are actively reversing environmental damage and creating a resilient ecosystem that can withstand a changing climate.
We turn our sugarcane fields into carbon sinks, pulling CO2 from the atmosphere and storing it in the ground through "no-burn" harvesting.
By using cover crops and organic mulch, we restore the natural microbial life of the soil, reducing the need for synthetic fertilizers.
Our regenerative practices improve the soil's "sponge" effect, allowing it to retain moisture longer and reducing our dependency on local water sources.
We eliminate harmful chemicals and preserve natural corridors, inviting birds, pollinators, and beneficial insects back to the land.
Human Rights & Social Responsibility
Respecting People as Much as the Planet. At RS farm, we recognize that true sustainability is impossible without social justice. Our operations are governed by a strict Human Rights Policy, built upon the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
We operate under the three-pillar "Protect, Respect, and Remedy" framework to ensure every worker and community member is treated with dignity.
We conduct regular due diligence to identify and prevent any adverse human rights impacts. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child labor, forced labor, and any form of discrimination.
Every individual on our farm—whether permanent or seasonal—is entitled to a safe working environment, fair living wages, and the right to freedom of association.
We respect the land rights and cultural heritage of our local Thai communities, ensuring that our growth contributes to their prosperity.
We provide transparent, confidential grievance mechanisms. If any harm occurs, we are committed to providing a fair and timely resolution for those affected.
"Business enterprises should respect human rights. This means that they should avoid infringing on the human rights of others and should address adverse human rights impacts with which they are involved."— UN Guiding Principles
